Conway Auctioneers is an IAVI (Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute) member firm. Two of its members hold an honours degree in property studies and three of its members hold full membership of the IAVI.
Conway Auctioneers have recently formed an association with Lisney. Both companies will work as strategic business partners allowing them to considerably improve and extend there service to their clients.
John Conway
John Conway has been in practice since 1998 and has been Managing Director of Conway Auctioneers since 1999. John is a member of the IAVI and hold a BS Honors Degree in property studies form DIT Bolton Street. John’s areas of specialization include commercial agency, recovery consultancy, acquisitions, farm and residential sales.
Pierce Fagan
Pierce Fagan has been working in the property industry since 1998. He holds an honours degree in property studies from D.I.T. Bolton Street, and is a member of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (MIAVI) and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb).
Prior to joining Conway Auctioneers, Pierce was commenced his property career with Brophy Farrell Real Estate Alliance in Newbridge as a Valuer and during his career was Commercial Development Executive for APN outdoor, Auckland, New Zealand and a surveyor for CB Richard Ellis, Dublin.
Pierce is the head of professional services at Conway Auctioneers and is also responsible for commercial and residential agency
Miriam Conway
Miriam established Dunne
Conway Estates in Kildare in 1994. Miriam qualified from the Auctioneers
and Valuers course at Bolton Street Institute of Technology in
1991 and worked in the Auctioneering business until opening the
Kildare firm. Having established and solely managed the firm for
many years, the business reverted to Conway Estates in 1998.
Miriam is a member of the Irish Auctioneers & Valurers Institute,
(MIAVI) and has played an active part in the South Leinster Region
over the years, acting as secretary for 3 years. Miriam is a recognised
valuer with many of the leading Banking institutes -PTSB, Allied
Irish Bank and Ulster Bank.
